Feedback can be a complaint, a concern or a compliment. Regardless, we take all feedback seriously.

If you feel that you are unable to approach us to resolve your issue please be aware of the pathway on the NDIS Quality and Safety Commission website which will provide you with the avenue to report such a complaint and give you the support to do this.
