Our official policy states that we have a 30-day window for accepting returns. To keep everything organised, we kindly ask that you send your items back with a return authority and in their original packaging, plus body-worn products cannot be refunded.

How to Return an Item
Following the link below for a return authorisation before returning your item to us. Items returned without a return authorisation (RA) will not be accepted for processing.
Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. Conni is not responsible for shipping costs or damage to returned items.
Please be advised that packages sent by basic Australia Post cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. Conni cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.
