How to Return an Item
Follow the link below to obtain a return authorisation before sending your item back. Items returned without a return authorisation (RA) will not be accepted for processing.
Carefully pack all items in their original packaging. Conni is not responsible for shipping costs or damage to returned items.
Be aware that packages sent via basic Australia Post cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend using a trackable or insured delivery method. Conni can only provide credit for a return once we have received the returned item.
