Fast dispatch from our local warehouse based in Geelong - Victoria, we use a small, trusted network of delivery partners to help get you the Conni products you need...when you need them most.

No need for middlemen when it comes to your parcel…your order is picked, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order by our team at our warehouse, during regular business hours. 

Express delivery options are also available at the checkout for a small extra charge.

In our two neighbouring Geelong warehouses, we carry ample stock and work with forecasting ordering systems to ensure you are not waiting when you need your products most.

Our staff always follow any government health and hygiene requirements when it comes to picking, packing, and processing your order. 


Delivery timeframes

Depending on your location within Australia, orders will usually arrive in around 2-5 business days. Orders to New Zealand will typically arrive in 7-10 days, but please allow up to 21 days.

Discreet Packaging

At Conni, we recognize the sensitivity often associated with certain product purchases. We take immense pride in our commitment to our customers, extending our consideration to every aspect, including the delivery experience. Our utmost priority is to ensure that our products are discreetly and responsibly packaged upon arrival.

To minimize our environmental footprint, we exclusively employ mailing cartons made from 70% to 100% recycled materials that are fully recyclable. Our smaller mailers, known as Hero Packs, are a remarkable solution, being 100% home-compostable. They are crafted from a blend of 70-80% PBAT, a co-polymer entirely compostable, and 20-30% PLA, a bioplastic derived from cornstarch. Moreover, our use of paper tape on our boxed packages facilitates the recycling of outer parcels, contributing to a more sustainable packaging process.

If you have a shipping query:

Keep an eye out for the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. Most tracking links will show an update the next day and indicate when your parcel will arrive.

If you have a question regarding your order’s tracking, the best way to follow up on your delivery is with the courier company directly. Please use your tracking information to lodge a query with the Courier to follow up on where your parcel is. If you still require further help, please feel free to contact us for any assistance in working with the courier. 

Before doing this, we would appreciate you checking the following details first:

  • No one accepted the item on my behalf or signed for it
  • I've checked around the premises
  • I have checked the delivery address on my order confirmation is correct

Remote location surcharge:

We offer shipping to a wide range of locations across Australia. However, deliveries to certain remote postcodes may attract an additional surcharge due to the higher transportation costs involved. These postcodes are identified by Australia Post as being more difficult and costly to access. The surcharge helps us cover the extra cost of delivering to these locations and ensure that we can continue to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service to our customers. The surcharge we apply often only goes a short way to cover the full delivery amount.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe that it's important to be transparent about the costs associated with shipping to remote areas. If you have any questions about our remote postcode surcharge, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Delivery FAQs

Our super-fast warehouse usually gets your order out within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Your order once picked and packed, will go out that same day. For plan managed orders, these orders are sent as soon as payment is received...which is usually the same day we receive your NDIS payment.

We’re glad you realized! As soon as you notice, please send a return email to your confirmation or call us on 1300 721 710 to flag with our warehouse and amend.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note it can take up to 24 hours to show tracking events.

We start processing your order as soon as you place it. You are welcome to send us a return email as soon as you can and we can attempt to flag with the warehouse. If the order has already been sent out, you can wait for your order to arrive and send it back for a full refund.
