We’re all about speedy service here at Conni! Our team in Geelong, Victoria, is ready to pack your order with love and send it straight to your doorstep. No middlemen, no fuss—just a small, trusted network to bring your Conni products when you need them most!

Quick Dispatch: We’ll pick, pack, and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it (business hours, of course). The earlier in the day you order, the quicker we can get your goodies out. In most cases, it’ll go out the same day! 

Need it sooner? For an extra charge, choose express delivery at checkout, and we’ll get your order on the fast track!

Please Note: Some larger items, as well as those destined for New Zealand or specific Australian postcodes, may incur an additional charge.
These products will display a clear message, as well as at checkout if applicable.

With two neighbouring warehouses in Geelong, we keep our stock levels high and use smart forecasting so your products are there when you need them most—no delays, no worries!

Delivery Timeframes

Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on where you are in Australia. For our friends across the ditch in New Zealand, delivery usually takes 4-7 days, but it can sometimes stretch to 14 days.

We take care in how your order is packed... both for privacy and for the environment. Wherever possible, we use low-impact packaging materials and avoid unnecessary waste, while still ensuring your products arrive safely and securely.

Check your dispatch email for tracking info! Updates typically appear the next day so you can see where your parcel is and when it’ll arrive.

If your delivery has a hiccup, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking information. But if you need extra help, we’re here to help!

Before contacting us, please double-check:

  • No one accepted the item on your behalf
  • You’ve checked around your premises
  • The delivery address on your order confirmation is correct

Remote Location including NZ & Large Item Surcharge

We’re thrilled to deliver to most places in Australia, but certain remote postcodes and larger items might require an additional charge due to extra transport costs. Australia Post identifies these hard-to-reach areas, and while this surcharge helps with the costs, we strive to be upfront about it. Any questions? Our customer service team is happy to help! This also applies to some of our larger product when shipped to New Zealand.

Shipping to the USA and Canada

We offer shipping to both the USA and Canada. Just review the shipping rates at checkout, and we’ll have your order on its way in no time!

*Shipping Charges Australia & New Zealand

Most orders under $150 are delivered for a flat rate of just $10 ($25 for New Zealand), whilst orders over $150 are generally delivered Free of Charge.
Express delivery options are made available at checkout for an extra fee. Some products or delivery locations may attract an additional surcharge.

Redelivery Fees

We take great care to deliver your order to the address you provide. If our courier partner delivers to the wrong address, we will arrange redelivery at no cost to you. If, however, you enter an incorrect address and the order is returned to our warehouse, we are not responsible for any costs incurred and a redelivery fee will apply. The charge will be $25 or the original shipping cost... whichever is higher. This amount will be charged to your credit card, or an invoice will be issued and must be paid before we attempt redeliver.


Delivery FAQs

Our super-fast warehouse usually gets your order out within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Your order once picked and packed, will go out that same day. For plan managed orders, these orders are sent as soon as payment is received...which is usually the same day we receive your NDIS payment.

We’re glad you realized! As soon as you notice, please send a return email to your confirmation or call us on 1300 721 710 to flag with our warehouse and amend.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note it can take up to 24 hours to show tracking events.

We start processing your order as soon as you place it. You are welcome to send us a return email as soon as you can and we can attempt to flag with the warehouse. If the order has already been sent out, you can wait for your order to arrive and send it back for a full refund.
