One of the most common questions we receive at Conni is: “Can I get a sample of your disposable Pull-Ons?”
It’s a completely fair question. Trying a product before committing to a larger order makes sense, especially when you’re navigating personal needs like incontinence care. So, while we don’t offer single-unit samples, we do have an option that we believe gives you a much clearer picture of whether our Pull-Ons are right for you: our Conni Pull-On Trial Packs!
Why We Don’t Offer Individual Samples
We understand the interest in trying just one Pull-On before placing a larger order. However, there are a few important reasons why we don’t provide single samples:
- Hygiene and Safety: Once a packet is opened, the hygienic integrity of the product is compromised. To protect all our customers, we only supply sealed packs.
- Limited Use Doesn’t Reflect Full Performance: Trying just one Pull-On may not give a true indication of the product’s fit, comfort or absorbency over time. Everyone’s body and needs are different, and a single use might not offer the full picture.
The Trial Pack: A Better Way to Test
Instead of single-use samples, we offer Trial Packs – a more practical and effective way to test the product. Each pack includes several Pull-Ons, allowing you to try them across a few days or nights. This helps you assess:
- The overall fit and comfort
- How our Pull-Ons perform during the day or overnight
- Whether the absorbency meets your needs
Our Trial Packs are available in all three sizes: Medium, Large and X-Large, and are the same high-quality product as our larger cartons - just in smaller quantities to help you make an informed choice without overcommitting.
