It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Glenys Joy Drayton, the beloved founder and visionary behind Conni, on the morning of August 30th, 2024. Her loss is felt deeply, not only within our company but also among all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Glenys was more than just the driving force behind Conni's success; she was an extraordinary individual whose impact reached far beyond the company she created. A true pioneer in our industry, Glenys led with integrity, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Her unique combination of passion and technical expertise in developing products that profoundly improve people’s lives laid the foundation for Conni's achievements and will continue to inspire us.

For those of us lucky enough to work with or know her, Glenys was not just a mentor and leader but also a cherished friend. Her guidance and influence shaped Conni's culture, and her legacy can be felt in every aspect of the company today.

Although Glenys stepped back from daily operations about three years ago, her vision and values remain at the heart of Conni. Our dedicated management team is fully committed to continuing the legacy she built, ensuring Conni continues growing and thriving. We are steadfast in our dedication to upholding the principles of fairness, integrity, and the focus on building lasting relationships and high-quality products that Glenys always championed.

Glenys is survived by her loving partner, Sandy, who also played a vital role in Conni's growth and success. Our thoughts are with Sandy and Glenys’ extended family as they cope with this profound loss. 

At Conni, we always believed there was nothing we couldn’t achieve, and if ever we doubted, Glenys was the first to lift us up and propel us forward. Her mentorship to each member of the Conni family will never be forgotten.
