Orders placed and paid upfront after midday or over the weekend - It’s first in line for dispatch the next business day.

Ordering via NDIA, PACE, Plan Managed or HCP? We’ve Made It Simple.
If you're placing an NDIA, PACE, Plan Managed, or Home Care Package order, the process is quick and easy. Simply register your account and place your order.
- Plan Managed and HCP orders, an invoice is automatically sent to the Plan Manager or Provider.
- For NDIA/PACE orders, we submit a service booking and payment request directly through the NDIA portal.
Once payment is received, we get your order out fast – usually the same day! While dispatch only occurs after payment clears, our automated reminders help speed things along.
