You place your order using our user-friendly website or over the phone with one of our dedicated customer service representatives between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.
Your order is confirmed by our systems and passed onto our warehouse team in a matter of seconds!
Our incredible warehouse team prints your order, adds it to their picking list, and gets to work.
Your items are hand-picked using scanning technology to ensure each matches your order perfectly and there is no room for error.
Orders are carefully packaged at our packing stations, where every item is re-scanned and logged to ensure no errors are made. We even have a “celebratory” bell that rings when the order is correct and ready to go!
Shipping labels are positioned precisely, and your parcel is neatly placed on the trolley for collection by the courier.
Your parcel is scanned at the courier’s sorting centre, and your delivery information is uploaded into their shipping portal.
You receive your tracking information and are kept up to date with the progress of your delivery via the email address provided with your order.
If you place your order before midday, orders are dispatched the same day. And, if not, the very next business day. The Conni team does not waste any time!
But what happens when your order doesn’t arrive on time? Or does not arrive? In these circumstances, we highly suggest you reach out to the Conni Customer Service team. We are always here to help. We will contact the courier on your behalf and monitor the progress of your enquiry until we have confirmation that your order has arrived safely.
During the investigation process, our warehouse team will re-check their scanning logs and packing footage to ensure that our records match yours correctly.
