  • We ship from our warehouse based in Geelong Victoria.
  • Most orders are dispatched the same or the next business day.

Most orders are shipped using "Parcel Post + Signature" Australia Post services or a similar courier service.
During checkout, you may choose Express Delivery (price varies).
Please note, that AusPost has recently updated their conditions and guarantees for Express Delivery

Some small items are sent using a Plain Envelope service from Australia Post.

Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will be sent tracking details to your email.

New Zealand customers

For our New Zealand customers, we offer a flat rate of $15 AUD on all orders under $50 AUD.

For any orders over $50 AUD, we will ship to you for free.
